Usually, our production time is 45 days after the plush sample is approved and the deposit is received. We can expedite urgent projects upon discussion.
How much is the sample fee and is it refundable?
The standard cost is $100 per design. If your order amount exceeds 10,000 USD, the sample fee will be fully refunded to you.
Can you handle projects for food companies?
Yes, we maintain a dust-free workshop specifically designed to meet the stringent requirements of food company promotion projects.
What if I am not satisfied with the initial sample?
We take full responsibility for your customized designs. We will modify the sample as many times as necessary until you are completely satisfied with the result.
