2. Do you provide OEM/ODM and sample services?
Yes, we provide both OEM and ODM services. We also offer sample services for both ready-made and customized designs, with a sample lead time of approximately 7 to 15 days.
3. What is the MOQ for customized products?
For OEM/ODM projects, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is generally 1000 pieces per item.
4. Are your products safe and environmentally friendly?
Our products comply with global regulations such as EU/ASTM/ASNZS/SOR. We use non-toxic raw materials and water-based lacquer. FSC-certified material is available upon request.
5. What is the standard delivery time for orders?
The standard production and delivery time ranges from 50 to 90 days depending on the order requirements.
6. What is your product warranty policy?
We guarantee the product is qualified upon receipt. If there are any issues, please provide detailed information (pictures/videos), and we will resolve the problem quickly.
