Our standard packaging includes 1PC/PE bag, followed by a 5-ply corrugated carton (AA quality level) lined with a waterproof PE bag. All packaging can be customized (Color boxes, PVC boxes, gift boxes).

What is your sample policy and cost?
Sample charges usually range from $80 to $150 per design (for sizes ≤40cm). This fee covers design, materials, and labor. The fee is fully refundable when the order quantity reaches 5,000 PCS per design.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on size: ≤15cm (5000pcs), 15-30cm (3000pcs), 30-50cm (2000pcs). Large items over 50cm are negotiable. Mixed orders with several designs can also be discussed.
What is the typical production lead time?
Lead times vary by volume: up to 20,000pcs takes about 45 days, 20k-50k takes 60 days, and 50k-100k takes roughly 70 days. Large orders can be shipped in partial shipments.
Which safety standards do your toys comply with?
Our products meet EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, CCPSA, and other major international safety regulations. We cooperate with SGS for professional testing, offering preferential pricing for our clients.
What are the available payment and shipping options?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before release) and L/C for mass production. Shipping options include sea, air, express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), and rail. Our primary shipping port is Shanghai.
